Current Position and Past Experience
Along with his Co-Founder, Leslie Mason, Dr. Sarver formed One Squared Education to help colleges, universities, associations and corporations be more innovative by removing barriers of legacy systems and processes. Previously, Mark Sarver served as the Chief Executive Officer of eduKan, a consortium of six colleges in western Kansas for online education. Having amassed a diverse blend of experiences in higher education, including appointments as Vice President for Advancement, Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management and several faculty roles, Dr. Sarver has a unique perspective on teaching and learning. Dr. Sarver has taught courses in leadership, organizational behavior, accounting, international business, franchise development, marketing and management. His experience as an academic leader spans publicly funded private not-for-profit and private for-profit institutions.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Sarver earned his BS Degree from Longwood University in 1989. In 1995, he earned his MBA from Averett University. In 2007, he earned his PhD in Organizational Behavior from the Union Institute and University. He is an award-winning innovative leader in higher education.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Currently living on a boat in Virginia Beach, Virginia, Sarver is expanding his visionary approach to education through research on the impact neurofeedback and personality styles have on knowledge acquisition.
