Current Position and Past Experience
John MacDonald is currently an Adjunct Instructor/Curriculum Developer at Fox Valley Technical College, where he teaches Global Business Fundamentals, HR Management, Problem Solving and Supervision.

Prior to this, MacDonald was the Director of Operations at SSE LLC from 2007-2011. This came on the heels of his time as a Large Multiple Station Manager at America West Airlines of the US Airways Group.

From 1995-1999, MacDonald was the Director of Safety and Driver Development at Jones Travel and Tour.

Education, Honors and Achievements
MacDonald earned his BA in Organizational Management from Bethel University in 2003. In 2005 he earned his MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. He is currently working on his dissertation for his PhD in Health Care Administration from Walden University, which he expects to complete in 2015.

MacDonald received his certification as a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Master in 2012 from Villanova University and consults for various companies.
