Current Position and Past Experience
Susan Kannel is the Associate VP for Employer Services and the Executive Director of National Coalition for Telecommunications and Learning at the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning (CAEL). She has been with CAEL since 1999.

Prior to joining the organization, Kannel was the Director of Corporate Education at Regis University.

Kannel frequently writes and speaks about trends in talent management, higher education and the effective use of technology in adult learning.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Kannel has a Master’s degree in Adult and Community Education from Colorado State University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Kannel enjoys hiking and walking (after all, she lives in Colorado!). She also enjoys travel, both international and domestic. Kannel is also a bit of a political wonk.
