Current Position and Past Experience
Jenny Rickard currently serves as the President and CEO of The Common Application. Prior to this role , Rickard served as Vice President of Enrollment at the University of Puget Sound for three years. This followed a range of leadership roles at Bryn Mawr College, including the Dean of Admissions and Financial Aid and Chief Enrollment and Communications Officer. Earlier in her career, Rickard worked at PeopleSoft Inc. as Vice President of Learning Solutions Product Strategy.

Her extensive service within the national higher education community includes a wide range of roles with the College Board, Association of College Counselors in Independent Schools (ACCIS), US Department of Education, and The Common Application Board of Directors - serving as Board President in 2007.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Rickard received a doctorate in higher education management from the University of Pennsylvania; a Master of Business Administration degree from New York University, Stern School of Business; and a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Swarthmore College.
