Dezi Waterhouse is the Director of Academic Success Coaching at Friends University. She also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the University.
br> Prior to this, Waterhouse was an Academic Success Coach at the University. She has also served as an Academic Counselor, Academic Counseling Manager and Senior Academic Counselor at the University of Phoenix.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Waterhouse received her Associate’s degree from Crafton Hills College in 2000. In 2003, she completed her Bachelor’s degree at California State University – San Bernardino. She received her MBA in 2006 from the University of Phoenix and in 2012 completed her Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, also from the University of Phoenix.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Waterhouse is a member of the National Academic Advising Association and a supporter of the Wounded Warrior Project.
