Current Position and Past Experience
William Serrata is currently the President of El Paso Community College, a position he has held since 2012.

Prior to this, he was the Vice President for Student Affairs and Enrolment Management at South Texas College. He also served as the Dean of Enrollment Services at the College.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Serrata earned a BA at Texas A&M University in 1993. In 1999, he completed his MA at the University of Texas at Brownsville. In 2009, he earned a PhD in Educational Human Resource Development at Texas A&M University.
