Current Position and Past Experience
Vic Rodgers is currently Vice President of Workforce Development at HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College. In his experience, he has overseen all departments under workforce development to include healthcare, manufacturing, public safety center, and corporate and business services. Prior, he was Assistant Director for Continuing Education and Workforce Development at Guam Community College for five years. He was also Direct Services Director for six years at Mid East Commission. Rodgers also spent 24 years with the U.S. Navy serving as Chief Hospital Corpsman.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Rodgers holds a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership, as well as a Master’s degree in Business/Corporate Communications from Jones International University.
