Current Position and Past Experience
Tom Roemer is the Vice President of Academic and Research at the British Columbia Institute of Technology. Previously, he worked on the Board of Directors for Innovative BC, an organization that connects innovators to the provincial government for funding and access to tools. Roemer also worked an Adjunct Professor at Simon Fraser University, where he taught Masters programs covering polytechnic educations.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Roemer has certificates in Project Management and Business Analysis from the University of California, Berkeley. He also earned his Ed. D in Educational Leadership from Simon Fraser University in 2008, and a Masters in Astrophysics from Ludwin-Maximilians Universitat Munchen, Bavaria, in 1993.
