Current Position and Past Experience
Tess Diver is currently Assistant Vice President of User Experience at Southern New Hampshire University. While at SNHU, Diver has served in roles such as Assistant Vice President of Customer Experience Insights, Assistant Director of First Year Experience and Student Engagement, and Director of Student Success at College for America, an online competency-based degree program.
Prior to joining SNHU, Diver developed enterprise learning opportunities at the Lean Enterprise Institute in Cambridge MA, focused on implementing lean principles and methodologies in organizations across the globe.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Diver earned an Ed.D in Education and Leadership and Learning within Organizations from Vanderbilt University in 2024. She earned an M.S. in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Tess’s superpowers are positivity and curiosity. With two small children at home, Tess spends a lot of her time reading, finger painting, and enjoying the outdoors.
