Current Position and Past Experience
Dr. Ted Cross is currently the Associate Dean of Graduate Programs in the College of Business at Western Governors University. Previously, Cross was a Clinical Assistant Professor of Leadership and Management, as well as the Director of Online Programs at the Thunderbird School of Global Management at Arizona State University. Before coming to ASU Ted worked in a variety of faculty and leadership positions at Grand Canyon University.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Cross holds a Doctor in Organizational Leadership from Pepperdine University. In addition, he has a Master of Education from the University of Pennsylvania, a Master of Arts in Literature from Arizona State University, a Post Graduate Certificate in HR Management from the Wharton School of Business, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Cross loves learning. He can often be found in his garage gym listening to pod casts while working out. Ted also, enjoys traveling with his wife Stefanie.
