Tanya Zlateva | Dean for the Metropolitan College and Extended Education, Boston University

Current Position and Past Experience
Tanya Zlateva is the interim Dean of Boston University’s Metropolitan College and Extended Education, a position she has held since 2013. Prior to this, she was a full-time instructor at the College.

Zlateva has a research background in computer science which she has utilized in her role as Founding Director of the Boston University Center for Reliable Information Systems and Cyber Security, a position which she currently holds.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Zlateva earned her PhD in information technology from the Dresden Institute of Technology.
