Current Position and Past Experience
Scott Dade is currently a Training Needs Assessment Program Manager with the United States Department of Defense. Prior to this, Dade was a VP with Global Learning Organization at a major American multinational banking and financial services corporation. He has over 20 years of experience in learning management, instructional systems design, facilitation and evaluation of HRD and change initiatives.
Scott spent 20 years with the United States Air Force before taking his current job and specializes in creating blended learning solutions that drive business results.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Scott holds an Ed.D. in Global Training and Development from Atlantic International University. He earned his M.S. in Adult Education from Troy University in Montgomery and a B.A. in Human Resources at Saint Leo University. He is leveraging his dissertation work on the multigenerational workforce to push the boundaries of adult learning in today’s society.
He holds certification as a Performance Technologist, Project Management Professional and Technical Trainer.
Personal Details and Community Involvement
Dade was a national member of ASTD, ISPI and Toastmasters International. Scott plan to use his education and experience to support the development of new learning process and tools that enhance the effectiveness of learning solutions.
Scott is a published author and speaker who does triathlons in his spare time.
