Personal Details and Community Involvement
Milnar became disabled in 2001 and had to find her way in the virtual world. She returned to teaching and was thrust into online early in the development. She immediately pursued higher education help and assistance and now learns from LinkedIn members and networking and the schools where she is faculty. Virtual communication for her clients is not achieving the results achieved by face to face, so this has proven a valuable commodity to her clients. Her clients have always looked to her as an expert in team, communication, business process improvement, and true organizational change. All of these are her passions.
