Current Position and Past Experience
Rosa-Fay Milnar is a change agent across industries and cultures. She has been a change agent for 30+ years as faculty, full time, Dean, adjunct faculty for 10 universities and colleges, and trainer, consultant and entrepreneur of a multimillion dollar consulting company. She has returned to higher education and teaches for 3 universities in areas of communications, business, leadership, and English comp. As a consultant she has extensive experience both nationally and internationally in many different areas, but all were based on communications. As a scholar/student/practicioner she is focused on improving the success of international joint ventures, multicultural teams and virtual communication. She is an advocate for change in higher education in particular as she has spent over 20 years in that industry as an administrator and faculty.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Ms. Milnar has a masters in English, 30 graduate hours in human resource management, 15 graduate hours in computer technology in education, and is working on her doctorate in organizational leadership; she will be changing specialties and schools. She has achieved numerous awards and recognition such as International Woman of the Year, an Oscar, lifetime achievement awards for contribution to society, Training Organization of the Year and trainer of the year, keys to 5 cities in the US, and of course multiple Marquis Who’s Who entries and Sterling International Who’s Who. She has also been Outstanding Boy Scout Leader.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Milnar became disabled in 2001 and had to find her way in the virtual world. She returned to teaching and was thrust into online early in the development. She immediately pursued higher education help and assistance and now learns from LinkedIn members and networking and the schools where she is faculty. Virtual communication for her clients is not achieving the results achieved by face to face, so this has proven a valuable commodity to her clients. Her clients have always looked to her as an expert in team, communication, business process improvement, and true organizational change. All of these are her passions.
