Reginald Gates is the Vice Chancellor for Communications and External Affairs at Tarrant County College District. He has held this position since 2010.

Prior to this, he was the President/COO of Dallas Black Chamber of Commerce.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Gates has a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from Bishop College and a Master’s of Education from Prairie View A&M University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Gates enjoys reading and serving as a mentor for students of color at Tarrant County College.
