Current Position and Past Experience
Philip Hsi has been the Deputy Director of Learning and Development at the Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company since 2005. Prior to this, Hsi was the Vice President of Human Resources at Far Eastone Telecommunications, where he also served as the Learning and Development Director.

Hsi spent four years working as Vice President of Harvard Management Services Inc in Taiwan, which followed his two years as a Personnel Manager with Philips.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Hsi earned his Masters in Agricultural Machinery from the National Taiwan University in 1987.
