Current Position and Past Experience
Melanie Ho is an author, professional speaker, and consultant. She started her own firm, Strategic Imagination LLC, in 2020 after 12 years at EAB Global, where she held a number of different roles, including Senior Vice President of Research. Her book, Beyond Leaning In: Gender Equity and What Organizations are Up Against, received a silver medal in the 2022 Axiom Awards. Prior her time at EAB, she taught literature at UCLA.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Ho earned her BA, MA and PhD from UCLA in 2001, 2005 and 2008, respectively.
