Matt Deal currently serves as the Information Services Manager for Extended Academic Programs at UNC Charlotte. Deal has been with UNC Charlotte since 2011 where he started as a Business and Technology Applications Analyst. Before joining the UNC Charlotte team, Deal served as an Applications Programmer at the Lincoln County Department of Social Services.

Deal earned his BSc in Computer Science and a Business Analysis Certificate from UNC Charlotte.
