Current Position and Past Experience
Maria Flynn is currently President and CEO of Jobs for the Future and has been in this position since 2016. Previously, she was Vice President for six years before becoming Senior Vice President. Prior to Jobs for the Future, Flynn worked for the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration for twelve years. Some of her roles there were Policy Director, Team Leader of the Policy and Legislation Team and Division Chief of One-Stop Operations.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Flynn holds a Master of Global Affairs in Government Administration from the University of Pennsylvania. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs.
