Current Position and Past Experience
Since 2007, Margaret Andrews has served as Managing Director of
Mind and Hand Associates, a boutique consulting firm serving the higher education community. She also teaches courses in leadership and strategy at Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education and serves as Vice Provost of the Hult International Business School, where she leads the global academic team across five campuses in four countries.
Prior to her position at Hult, Andrews served as the Associate Dean for Management Programs in Harvard University’s Division of Continuing Education for six years. This followed seven years as the Executive Director at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, where Margaret managed the MBA Program, Admissions, Marketing, and Alumni Relations for a Top 10 business school.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Andrews earned her undergraduate degree from UC Berkeley and her MS (MBA) from the MIT Sloan School of Management. While at MIT, Andrews was named a Seley Scholar, the institution’s highest honor.
