Current Position and Past Experience
Liz Paushter has 20 years of experience in education: leadership, teaching, learning design, program development, educational technology, and innovation consulting. Liz is currently Director of Education Innovation and Learning at Bentley University and the Director of the Badavas Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning at Bentley, building strategic programming for faculty, internal and external partners, and executive and professional education. Prior, Liz was Assistant Director for Learning and Design at The Fletcher School at Tufts University, where she spearheaded strategic initiatives in executive education and learner-centered programming.

As an entrepreneur and business owner, Liz has designed leadership and pedagogical training programs for universities, nonprofit organizations, and K-12 districts. Her previous roles also include Class Academic Dean, Department Head for Academic Technology, Asst. Director of College Counseling, and English Teacher at Dana Hall School and public school districts.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Paushter holds a Master of Arts in English from the University of Vermont and a Master of Arts in Education from Northeastern University. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in English and Textual Studies and Communications from Syracuse University. Paushter has earned multiple Innovation Awards in Teaching and a community award for her dedication to service learning.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
A triathlete, baker, mother, and avid reader, Paushter enjoys time both outside and in community. Her personal research focuses on building relationships and community in classrooms and in workplaces, leveraging the power of storytelling.
