Kimberly is currently the Vice President of Workforce Innovation at Tallahassee Community College and has been there for over six years. Previously, she was at WORKFORCE plus for 11 years. Some of her roles included COO and CEO.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Moore holds an Associate of Arts from Tallahassee Community College. She also has a Bachelors in Criminology from Florida State University and a Master of Business Administration from Webster University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
In her spare time Moore enjoys giving back to her community through service. Currently, she is the vice-chair of the Florida A&M University Board of Trustees, chair of the Leon County Research Authority operating as Innovation Park , vice-chair of the Office of Economic Vitality, Executive Leadership Council and commissioner of the American Association of Community Colleges.
