Current Position and Past Experience
Keith Hill has been a Professor at Palomar College since 1997. He is also the CEO of Victory Executive Coaching, a firm he founded in January 2012.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Hill earned his BA in Speech from Point Loma Nazarene University in 1994. In 1997 he earned his MA in Speech Communication from California State University at Fullerton. He plans to complete his PhD in Organizational Psychology in 2012 at Walden University.
