Current Position and Past Experience
James David Hardison has been an Industry Value Advisor focused on Higher Education and Research with SAP America since 2013. Prior to this, Hardison served as an administrator at the University of Kentucky for nine years, holding positions as the Director of the Enterprise Applications Group and as the Functional Lead of the SAP Implementation Project.

Hardison retired in 2013 as a Professor emeritus from the University of Kentucky where he served as a faculty member since 1986. Prior to taking on his teaching position, Hardison served as a Dental Officer in the US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps for six years.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Hardison earned his BS in Biology from Lipscomb University in 1976. In 1980 he earned his DMD from the University of Kentucky.

In 2002, he returned to his studies to earn his MBA from the same institution.
