Current Position and Past Experience
Gary Hepburn is currently Dean of the G. Raymond Chang School of Continuing Education at Toronto Metropolitan University. Prior, he was Dean of the Division Extended Education and Professor of Extended Education at the University of Manitoba for five years. Prior, he was at the University of West Indies serving as a professor and Director of Academic Programming and Delivery.

Hepburn holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Education from The University of British Columbia.
