Current Position and Past Experience
Since 2007, Fay Aubuchon has been the Manager of Workforce Initiatives at St. Charles Community College. Prior to this, she spent three years as a Training Specialist at the same institution. Before moving into higher education, Aubuchon spent six years as the Training and Safety Manager at Wainwright Industries.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Aubuchon earned her BS in Business Management from the Maryville University of St. Louis in 1999. In 2010 she earned her MA in Human Resource Management and Training from Lindenwood University.

Aubuchon is a member of the Cottleville/Weldon Spring Chamber of Commerce.
