Ed Harper is currently Executive Director of the National Council for Continuing Education and Training (NCCET). He has also been Executive Vice President; Chief Development Officer of Growth Development Associates for 28 years. Prior, Harper was a manager at Digital Equipment Corp and was manager at IBM for 11 years.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Harper has a Bachelor of Science, Elementary Education from Hampton University. He had a track scholarship from Brooklyn Technical High School in NYC.
