Current Position and Past Experience
Since 2010, Doreen Amorosa has been the Associate Dean and Managing Director of the MBA Career Center at Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business. She also serves as a Certified Career Management Coach.

Prior to this, Amorosa served for two years as the VP of Global Recruitment and Workforce Planning at American Express. She has also served as the VP of Resourcing with ICI, the Director of Talent Acquisition at Avaya and has more than 20 years of experience working with Merrill Lynch, where she oversaw recruitment, staffing, diversity initiatives and HR policy.

Throughout the last half of her corporate experience, Doreen was a member of the McDonough School of Business Board of Advisors. She is currently a member of the Universum Advisory Board.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Amorosa earned her BS from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business in 1979. She earned her MBA from Seton Hall University in 1985.
