Current Position and Past Experience
Desiree Dawn Young is currently Executive Director of the Office of Professional Advancement at the University of Miami. She has served in this role since 2007. Prior, she served as Director of Education at City of College for six years.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Young holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Grand Caynon University. She also has a Master of Public Administration specialized in Human Resource Management from Valdosta State University.
