Current Position and Past Experience
David Iglicki is a current the Director of Strategic Development at LeaderQUEST.

From 2004-2011, Iglicki was the Senior Manager of Training and Organizational Development at Great-West Life and Annuity. Prior to this, Iglicki was the Training and Instructional Design Program Manager at MCI.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Iglicki earned his degree in International marketing from CUNY Baruch College’s Zicklin School of Business in 1985. He also attended the Center for Media Arts studying Audio Engineering from 1985-1988.

Iglicki is a Korn/Ferry competency coach and is certified through the Program on Negotiations Consortium to teach Negotiations in the Workplace.
