Current Position and Past Experience
David Ferreira is currently Provost at Charter Oak State College and has been in the position since June 2021. Previously, he was Dean of Academic & Student Affairs at Northwestern Connecticut Community College. Prior, he was Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs at Horry-Georgetown Technical College.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Ferreira holds a Doctor of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Northcentral University. He also holds a Master of Arts in Political Science from American University and a Bachelor of Science from Southern Connecticut State University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
In his spare time, Ferreira enjoys traveling with his wife and kids, and lounge time with his English Bulldog, Gronk.
