Current Position and Past Experience
David R. Cillay is the Vice President of Academic Outreach and Innovation at Washington State University. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Global Outreach at Washington State University, following a tenure as Director of Instructional Development and Technology at the Center for Distance and Professional Education.

Cillay has taught and managed a graduate program in instructional design and has held various faculty appointments at Washington State University, the University of Idaho and Lower Columbia College.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Cillay earned his PhD in educational leadership from Washington State University in 1999.
