Current Position and Past Experience
Daniel Dolan, Ph.D. is a committed learner-to-earner champion, passionate promoter of digital credentials and badges as optional lifetime learning pathways, certified 21st Century Skills Badge Facilitator, and the author or co-author of six books.

He is professor of professional communication at Waseda University in Tokyo. His professional interests include communication leadership curriculum development and coaching, designing strategies for and driving implementation of university global partnerships, and helping universities and colleges navigate diverse challenges through creative collaboration.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Dolan holds a Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from the University of Washington.
