Since 1999, Ciprian Fartusnic has served as the Senior Researcher in the Education Policy Department at the Institute of Education Sciences.
Education, Honors and Achievements
Fartusnic earned his BA from the University of Bucharest in 1998, and his PhD from the same institution in 2008.
