Current Position and Past Experience
Chris Peterson is a research assistant the Center for Civic Media while on leave from his position directing web communications for MIT Admissions. He serves on the board of the National Coalition Against Censorship and is an Associate at the National Center for Technology and Dispute Resolution. Prior to joining MIT, Peterson was a Research Assistant at the Berkman Center for Internet and Society at Harvard Law School.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Peterson is a graduate student in the Comparative Media Studies program at MIT. He holds a B.A. in Critical Legal Studies summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
