Chester has over a decade experience in training, material design & curriculum development; he has held positions such as Development Coordinator, Training Manager & National Training Coordinator.

Education, Honors and Achievements
In 1999 Lohman won the SuperStar Challenge for top sales in the region from VoiceStream Wireless (now T-Mobile); he was also recognized as Subject Matter Expert for Handsets & Wireless Technology for a tri-state area.
