Current Position and Past Experience
For nearly 28 years, Charlene Woodard has been a Communications Associate at Northern Essex Community College, responsible for internal communications. Concurrently, Woodard has obtained several academic degrees, balancing work, life, and educational responsibilities as a non-traditional student.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Woodard received her Associate’s Degree in Business Management from Northern Essex in 2009. In 2015, she earned a B.S. in Business Studies: Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University, graduating with honors. In May, Woodard will complete her M.A. in Education: Adult Learning and Training from Saint Joseph’s College. In 2011, she earned a certificate of distinction in Student Leadership Development. Woodard is a member of the Beta Omicron International Business Honor Society.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Charlene Woodard volunteers her time coordinating and speaking at Women Returning to School events at the college, as well as leading campus tours and open house events. She enjoys sharing her time and experiences with students around the college campus. When she is not working, she spends her time crocheting blankets for friends and family.
