Since 2009, Burck Smith has been the Chief Executive Officer of StraighterLine, a company he founded. This followed 10 years at the helm of Smarthinking, which became a Pearson company in 2009.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Smith earned his BA in Political Science from Williams College in 1992. In 1997 he earned his MPP from the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government.
