Barbra Burch is currently Manager of Research and Development at Quality Matters and has been with the company for eight years. Prior, she was a Learning Assistance Center Coordinator at Guilford Technical Community College. She was also Academic Advisor at the University of North Carolina. Burch was also Editor at the Unviersity of Illinois at Chicago for four years.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Burch holds a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois at Chicago. She also has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and English from the University of Iowa.
