Current Position and Past Experience
Angie Kamath is the Dean at New York University School of Professional Studies. She oversees a thriving school of professional ed that offers associate, bachelor’s, master’s and continuing ed certifications.

Previously, Kamath worked as the University Dean of Continuing Education and Workforce Programs at City University of New York.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Kamath earned an MPP from Harvard Kennedy School focusing on Public Policy in 2002. She also has a BS in Business Management, which she earned from Cornell University in 1997.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Kamath is a Board Member on Cornell’s President’s Council of Women. She focusses on student engagement and career readiness of undergraduate students.

She was a member of the Advisory Board for the Walmart Foundation from 2015 to 2018. She focused on workforce development and upskilling workers in entry-mid level service fields.

Kamath is also a member of the New York Women's Forum and the NYC Workforce Development Board.
