Current Position and Past Experience
Andrea Carroll-Glover is Vice Provost of Online Strategy and Development at Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. Her role involves planning strategic initiatives and growth objectives for online learning as well as managing relationships with external University partners. She also coordinates the delivery of online programs including new academic degree programs, non-degree content and partnerships.

Prior to joining Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2017, she was the Director of Product Management at Rasmussen College. Carroll-Glover is also President and Founder of Next-Gen Learning, helping companies achieve strategic growth goals while leveraging dynamic learning technologies.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Carroll-Glover holds an MBA from Capella University and a B.A. in Marketing from the University of Minnesota.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Andrea served as Vice Chairman on the Board of Directors for YouthCARE for 5 years. She also volunteered for a number of non-profit organizations including Hammer Residences and Bull Frog Bash.
