Current Position and Past Experience
Alicia Sepulveda is currently an academic coach at a university and the founder of Make College Yours, LLC. She is also a speaker and host of the College Life podcast. She has worked with 1000+ college students as an academic/success coach at 3 different colleges and a non-profit college access organization. Her research is focused on coaching in higher education and exploring purpose and potential in college.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Sepulveda holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Higher Education and Student Affairs Leadership from the University of Northern Colorado. She also has a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Family and Child Sciences from Florida State University.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Sepulveda loves to learn and connect with others. She spends her free time reading, listening to podcasts, working out, or hanging out with family and friends. She believes meaningful conversation over coffee or wine is the best way to spend her time.
