Current Position and Past Experience
Wallace Hopp is currently Associate Dean of the Part-time MBA at the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan. Before coming to Michigan, he taught at the McCormick School of Engineering and the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Before all of that, he worked as a research engineer at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory for the U.S. Department of Energy.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Hopp holds a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University, a Master of Science from both Washington University in St. Louis and the University of Michigan. He also has a PhD from the University of Michigan. He has received a number of teaching and research awards, including being named an honorary Fellow of five different academic societies and election to the National Academy of Engineering.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
When not teaching, writing or administering programs in the University, Hopp bakes bread in his family bakery and keeps bees in his backyard.
