Tobe Phelps is a diehard blockchain evangelist. Currently serving as Senior Director of Online College for Central New Mexico Community College in Albuquerque, New Mexico, his career has spanned multiple industries including semiconductor, automotive, healthcare and higher education.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Phelps is currently ABD on a Doctorate of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Tobe Phelps works extensively in the community and has chaired several non-profit boards, including United Way of Central New Mexico Young Leaders Society. He is an avid urban farmer, and designed and cares for multiple aquaponics gardens in Albuquerque.
