Susan Grajek | Vice President of Communities and Research, EDUCAUSE

Current Position and Past Experience
Susan Grajek is the Vice President for Communities and Research at EDUCAUSE, a position she has held since 2016. In this role, Grajek is responsible for all EDUCAUSE research, benchmarking, analytics, and formal and informal member community services, programs, products, and capabilities. This include the EDUCAUSE Learning Initiative (ELI), the Higher Education Information Security Council (HEISC), the EDUCAUSE Center for Analysis and Research (ECAR), the iPASS initiative, the Enterprise IT program, the Top 10 IT Issues, the Core Data Service, the EDUCAUSE Benchmarking Service, and EDUCAUSE constituent groups.

Grajek took on this role after six years as Vice President for Data, Research and Analytics at EDUCAUSE. She came to EDUCAUSE from Yale University, where she had spent 11 years in a number of roles, including Director of the School of Medicine ITS, Senior Director of ITS Client Support, Senior Director of ITS Strategy and Planning, and Deputy Relationship Manager for ITS.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Susan Grajek earned her BA in Psychology from the University at Buffalo in 1979 and her PhD in Psychology from Yale University in 1983.
