Current Position and Past Experience
Steve Christensen currently serves as Financial Manager for the Division of Continuing Education at Brigham Young University. Christensen has published articles for the Educational Technology Research Journal and the Online Journal of Distance Learning Administration.

He spent five years working in all facets of public accounting with an emphasis in income tax consulting for corporations, partnerships, and high-wealth individuals. Currently Christensen works with BYU’s Division of Continuing Education serving the four areas within the Division that offer university credit.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Christensen earned his Master’s Degree in accounting from the University of Phoenix, online. He is currently working towards his second Master’s Degree in Instructional Psychology and Technology at Brigham Young University, with an emphasis in education evaluation.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
Christensen enjoys spending time with his family. Hiking, fishing, visiting state and national parks, visiting zoos and aquariums, and geocaching are favorite activities. Each activity provides ample learning opportunities for him, his wife, and his four children. Christensen is also an active volunteer for his church, the LDS church, and the Boy Scouts of America.
