Current Position and Past Experience
Shawn Hulsizer is currently Vice President of Advancement and Impact at CAEL and has been with the association since 2007. She began as Director of Strategic Consumer Solutions and has also been in the role of Vice President of Product Innovation before stepping into her current position. Prior to joining CAEL, Shawn held a number of leadership roles focused on business development, business analysis/planning, product development, and startup ventures. Her experience also includes association management and developing and implementing complex water stewardship programs for the state of Colorado.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Hulsizer holds a Bachelor of Journalism in Advertising from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. She is currently enrolled in the Master of Science Organizational Leadership program at Colorado State University Global Campus.
