Current Position and Past Experience
Sharleen Smith is currently Director of Continuing Education and Outreach at Troy university and has been in this position since 2018. Previously, she was Director of Professional Development for six years. Prior to Troy, Smith spent seven years at Auburn University Montgomery serving as Senior Director. She was also Director of Training at the State of Alabama Personnel Department for 17 years.

Smith holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications, Education and Psychology from Auburn University.
