Current Position and Past Experience
Scott L. Howell is Director of the Salt Lake Center, a continuing education department within Brigham Young University that offers 150 undergraduate university courses to 1,200 full- and part-time students.

Prior to his appointment as Director in 2010, Howell was Director of Evening Classes at Brigham Young University.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Howell holds a Ph.D. in Instructional Science and a M.Ed. in Community Education, both from Brigham Young University.
