Current Position and Past Experience
Ryan Craig is the Founding and Managing Director of University Ventures. Before launching University Ventures, Craig founded Wellspring. This followed his four years as Director at Bridgepoint Education, another venture Craig got off the ground. Craig served as an Advisor for the U.S. Department of Education and Vice President of Strategic Development for Fathom. Earlier in his career, Craig worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Co.

Craig has published numerous articles about higher education and technology and wrote a book called College Disrupted: The Great Unbundling of Higher Education, published by Palgrave Macmillan in March 2015.

Craig is member of UCLA Extension’s Advisory Board.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Craig earned his B.A. in Literature and Economics from Yale University and his Law degree from Yale Law School.
