Current Position and Past Experience
Since 2016, Raechelle Clemmons has served as CIO of Davidson College. Before stepping into her current role, Clemmons was the Vice President and CIO at St. Norbert College. Earlier in her career Clemmons served as CIO at Menlo College. She was also Director of IT Relationship Management and Project Services and Director of Communications and Technology at California State University, East Bay.

Before stepping into higher education administration, Clemmons worked in private industry for ten years, including terms as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Barker Blue Reprographics and Vice President of Marketing for NetLine Corporation.

Education, Honors and Achievements
Clemmons earned her BA in Political Science with an option in public affairs and administration from CSU East Bay, is ITIL Foundations certified, and is regularly recognized as one of the most social CIOs on Twitter.

Personal Details and Community Involvement
When she’s not tweeting or geeking out about the transformative power of technology, Clemmons enjoys experimenting with a new recipe, playing games with her family, and watching football (go 49ers & Packers!). She’s also passionate about issues of diversity, inclusion, and equity for women and people of color in technology.
